Returns and Refunds Policy
First of all, Thank you for shopping at Butora USA, we appreciate your business and hope you will shop here again.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help so please contact us immediately, so we can solve any problem or issue you may be having.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
All wholesale orders include a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you wish to return your order for any reason within 90 days of purchase, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all returned products in "new" condition. If shoes have been used or damaged we will not accept a return. Customer pays the return shipping charges.
For our Retail customers we offer a 14 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your shoes for any reason, within 14 days of purchase, return them at your cost and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. We will not accept used or damaged items. Our staff will inspect returned items for signs of wear/use.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days. Wholesale customers, please contact us directly.
- The product is in new condition. If you wore these and damaged the rubber or the product in any way, we will not offer a refund. We can offer an exchange or partial refund. But, it will be determined by the extent of the damage upon it's return to our warehouse.

For all returns, the customer must pay for the return shipping to Butora USA. If you decide to exchange or have a new pair sent, we cover the additional shipping charges for the new product back to you.
If the shoes are returned without purchase, shipping and handling charges may apply.
Shipping Policy & Charges
Butora USA does not charge any handling fees and additional service charges, unless shoes are returned.
We use USPS and FedEx to ship all packages, service is chosen by the customer during the checkout process. Domestic orders use the lowest price compatible option for each, USPS and FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Wholesale orders will be shipped within 10 business days.
Retail orders will go out same day for orders recieved before 12 pm MST. Otherwise, next day.
Sales tax will be added to all retail orders from Colorado, Washington and North Carolina. This is determined by the customer's shipping address. Sales Tax will be assessed at the local level, approximately. Other out of state customers will be exempt from sales tax.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will accept returns for damaged shoes.
Unfortunately, sale items can only be refunded if they are damaged in some way. Sale items that do not fit or you simply decide you no longer want cannot be returned. We would love to exchange them for you, so you get the product you want. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
